JPS Health Network’s Master Facility Plan is the largest investment in healthcare in our  county’s history.  Each project brings us closer to a future where care is more accessible, more innovative, and centered on the needs of our community.  Below you’ll find a snapshot of every major project — what’s open, what’s underway, and what’s next.

Opened February 2025

Provides primary care, behavioral health, specialty services, and community health programs for families in Southwest Tarrant County.

Medical Home Southwest Tarrant

Opened September 2025

JPS has moved its psychiatric emergency center services to an expanded, free-standing facility that features a therapeutic, calming design. 


Psychiatric Emergency Center

Coming 2029

A centralized outpatient facility that will bring specialty care, an ambulatory surgery center, and supporting services together in one convenient location.


Medical Outpatient Building

Coming 2030

The new hospital will serve as the centerpiece of our transformed campus—a modern, patient-centered facility designed to elevate the standard of inpatient care in Tarrant County.

New Hospital/Pavilion North Expansion

Opened July 2025

Partnership between JPS Health Network, Cook Children’s Health Care System, the City of Fort Worth, LVT Rise and other local nonprofits.

Las Vegas Trail Health Center

Opened March 2026

Multi-level parking garage adding significant capacity to ease access to the JPS campus and improve patient and visitor experience.

Infrastructure upgrade ensuring reliable, sustainable utilities for the growing JPS campus.
